It is qualified for a wide range of applications, including seismic and wind loading.

It is a black paste designed for bonding threaded rod and rebar in hardened concrete and masonry, including various hole conditions and base materials. It is evaluated for freeze/thaw performance and recognized for long and short-term loading. The product holds ICC-ES recognition (ESR-2582), complies with IBC/IRC codes, and meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for potable water contact components. The adhesive has a low-odor formula and a temperature-dependent cure time, achieving full cure in about 45 minutes at 68°F (20°C). It can be installed in base material temperatures as low as 14°F (-10°C).
