The GREENBACK™ MAXIDISC™ is a premium, trimmable flap disc with a durable nylon backer and aggressive zirconia abrasive. Trimming the GREENBACK™ is easy and it extends the life of the abrasive disc by replacing the worn outer edge of the tool with fresh abrasive material. The GREENBACK™ is available with a standard 7/8″ arbor or the fast and easy to use Quickmount™ backer that threads directly onto 5/8″-11 grinder spindles.

The Pearl Abrasive Greenback™ Zirconia Maxidisc™ (MAX4540ZG) is a premium trimmable flap disc designed for high stock removal and long service life. Its standout feature is a trimmable nylon backing that allows users to shave off the edge of the backer as the flaps wear down, exposing fresh abrasive material and extending the disc’s usability.
